A tutor can usually be matched with the student within 48 hours.
One trial session is advised to check that the student works well with the tutor.
All tutors have been DBS checked and interviewed by our founder. They have a vast range of subject knowledge. They are highly trusted and have a huge amount of experience working with students. Many teachers are in the senior management of the schools they work in.
Most lessons are available for online tutoring. On occasions, face to face options are available.
There is always time at the end of the lesson to discuss what has been covered during the lesson. If you prefer for the tutor to feedback via email after the lesson, that is an option too.
Tutors can set homework. Often revision of the work covered is more beneficial. Homework is adapted to your child’s individual needs and we are happy to discuss this further.
Lessons occur after school and on weekends. There is the opportunity for day time tutoring if the tutor is not working in the school at the agreed time. Holiday timings may vary.

Lessons are a standard charge, depending on the level and experience of our tutors and the length of the lessons. Please ask for more information.
Lessons are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are sent out during the last week of the month and must be paid before the beginning of the following month.
Yes. 48 hours’ notice is needed. There is a maximum of 4 cancelled sessions per annum.
